Right of Withdrawal

I - Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last item of goods.

The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws. Business customers are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sedatech Europe GmbH, Köpenicker Strasse 154, 10997 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: +49 30 411 983 99, E-Mail: support@sedatech.net) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

You may in particular submit your withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function available on this page.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. After submitting your withdrawal declaration, you will promptly receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail.

II - Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

A prepaid return label will be sent to you after notification of your withdrawal. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

III - Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
