2-Year Manufacturer Warranty – Sedatech Support


At Sedatech, customer satisfaction is our top priority. All our computers are covered by a 2-year warranty (parts and labour), with free return shipping and responsive, competent customer service in case of any issue.


What to do in case of a problem?

In the event of a fault or malfunction, contact us via our contact form, providing the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A precise description of the issue
  • The context in which the issue appeared

We will make an initial diagnosis and, if necessary, guide you through a few simple remote tests.

Important: The warranty only covers hardware failures. The following are not covered:

  • Issues related to accessories or components purchased from other vendors.
  • Software issues (Windows updates, software conflicts, overclocking…)

Free & easy return

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will send you a prepaid return label by email. You can then choose to:

  • Return the complete computer,
  • Or, if the diagnosis is clear and you prefer, send only the defective component.

Preparing your return

To ensure the safety of your equipment, please prepare:

  • Careful and suitable packaging depending on what you're returning:
    Complete computer: Ideally in its original box with all internal protections.
    Single component: secure and padded packaging to avoid any damage during transport.
    – Relevant accessories (if you're returning the full PC)

Note: Packages may be subjected to shocks (falls up to 1 meter) during automated sorting. Sedatech cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper packaging.
